I do not understand how anyone from Anatolia or have spent some time there cannot immediately fall in love with this game. Atmospherically, there are a few games that comes close to tostchu in capturing the lonely, melancholic, oppressive vibes of not just rural Anatolia but also 90s in Turkey. I cannot praise the tv enough, the references put sometimes a warm smile and other times a harrowing look on my face as I keep myself busy with making toasts.
Its clear to me that the devs know what they are doing when it comes to capturing Turkish nostalgia as well as advertisement; this game was all over my social media. While the game can use some polish and there currently are bugs that kill progression completely, I am sure that they will fix and improve upon this. Probably my game of the year.
