Amazing game from a small group of devs. Don't let the graphics fool you - the gunplay is tight and the gameplay is solid. Borrowing gameplay elements from more arcadey games like Battlefield and more milsim games like Squad, BattleBit Remastered feels like a modern incarnation of classics like Battlefield Bad Company 2.

For £13, you can't go wrong!

I enjoyed the hell outta the original Stanley Parable back when it was new, I went into this with hopes of a ton of new content. Though I did really try to temper my realistic expectations to maybe only a handful of new endings so I wouldn't be disappointed.

The first few playthroughs I enjoyed the small tweaks on a few of my favourite endings from the original SP, but was feeling a bit bummed that it just seemed to be basically the same game. Then, around playthrough 4, I spotted a doorway labelled 'new content'. Of course I went straight through the doorway.

The hours that followed were full of some of the most thought provoking, philosophical and darkly hilarious interactive content I've experienced in my 30-odd years as a gamer.

Though I will say the narrator does ramble on sometimes, so kudos to the devs for developing the groundbreaking skip button feature.

For anyone who enjoyed the OG SP but is wondering if Ultra Deluxe brings enough to the table to warrant buying it again, I'd say emphatically yes. You will not be disappointed.

As a huge fan of both Rimworld and 2D block-based games like Terraria and Starbound, this game is a perfect combination of those two genres. Similar to Rimworld, the amount of items and research options can feel overwhelming at first and it's easy to not understand why your colony is slowly suffocating to death. I'd really suggest some youtube tutorials or gameplay videos to help show how to bootstrap for the early game as it can be a bit tough going in cold.

Finally, on my 4th colony, have managed to get over the early-game hump. Now I'm trying to figure out how automation works and building my way towards endgame. Great fun.

Fast paced top-down action. Like a crazy offspring of GTA2 and Soldat with classes and Battle Royale. Really fun game from indie devs, with daily challenge runs, an optional singleplayer campaign & a bunch of coop/PVP multiplayer modes.
