One of my most recent runs went like this:
- I went in
- got gear
- did some starting quests
- befriended a fly that could slow down time
- I decided to visit a town called kyakukya to to get a book with disease cures in it
- On the way there, I passed through a river
- In the river, both of my hands and one of my arms were bitten off by a madpole
- It became my main objective to find ubernostrum injectors and regrow my limbs
- couldn't find a single ubernostrum injector for the next 15 hours
- I started being careful and methodical, as I had no way to defend myself outside of strapping a pistol to my remaining arm and letting my beloved fly companion take the heat
- Slowly built up my mental mutation arsenal and became an absolute malice
- Ended up departing from my miniquest to reclaim my limbs and opted to instead just continue the main quest
- Got so far as to be basically ready for Golgotha
- Found one ubernostrum injector which failed to do anything, because of my sheer immunity to such effects
- Alt F4-ed the game
- Came back a week later and realized that my one of my limbs regrew for whatever reason
- Became happy
- Went on another sidequest of my own volition
- Got some ridiculously powerful armor
- Also got a big head
- Terrorized the local populus
- Killed a bunch of legendary crab enemies
- Encountered a legendary crab that looked just like all the others I killed, but was stupidly powerful
- Got one tapped by the crab before I even realized what was going on

Genuinely, this playthrough was so fun and enjoyable. I was laughing at all sorts of stupid stuff throughout it.

F*** this game, I love it.
The base game sucks. The dlc bosses are amazing. The dlc runbacks are god awful. The area before the two kitty cats boss in ivory king is the bottom of the barrel, worst thing that has ever come out of FromSoftware studios.
I love this game for whatever reason. I cannot explain, but there's something about the ♥♥♥♥ you go through that makes you codependent on Dark Souls II. It's like Miyazaki himself came down from the stars and blessed you with a game that he outsourced while he worked on Bloodborne, which is a better game. But his blessing makes Dark Souls 2 not only bearable, but the greatest thing ever to be made.
To end this schizophrenic rant, Dark Souls Two is the best game that will ever be made. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate it with my being and wish for it a very nice christmas.

I'm so glad I waited for this. Ty Team Cherry

The last time I played this, which was back in December of 2019, my laptop overheated and died.

I use this app for 2D drawing and animating. I have yet to use it much for its intended purpose, but at one point I was considering using it as my note-taking app in university. It's also quite a nice IDE, video editing software and application to open when you don't know what else to do. I wonder if I can use it for music production instead of Reaper...
