Very good, you should play it.

If you like Crusader Kings II you'll probably love this game as well. CK3 takes elements from CK2 and changes/improves them for this game. While it does not copy all the features and expansions over to the new game it doesn't feel like it is missing any important stuff.
The UI has been vastly improved and should be a lot easier for new players to navigate. The new suggestion bubble at the top of the screen should help a lot as well, it will recommend certain actions to take, for example: It will show you which countries you can attack, or which of your vassals/courtiers have committed crimes for which you can arrest them.
CK3 is an amazing role playing game where none of the games you play will be the same, there's guaranteed to be some crazy stuff happening in every game you play, whether you're playing The Basileus of the Byzantium Empire or the King of Kong!

10/10 Would mindlessly consume marketing ploy for late stage capitalist company again.

Out of all the tank games I've played, this one has the best damage model by far, instead of healthbars you take out tanks (and planes, boats) by destroying critical components like the engine, fuel tanks, or ammo storage, or by killing the crew members. This means you can "one shot" your enemies with a well places shot.

Being a Free-to-Play game it is fairly grindy with unlocking vehicles and their component. But the developer has made various changes over time to make unlocking new vehicles and components faster.

No Pay-2-Win, however there is a certain element of Pay-2-Skip in the form of buying research or premium vehicles.
