I can't recommend this game in its current state; it is far too unstable. It's rare for me to make it through an entire match without crashing. In fact, it's not uncommon for me to crash several times per mission. I think the worst I've seen is 5 times. Missions in this game run 20~30 minutes. No combination of game settings or driver updates seem to help. Plenty of other players have had similar issues, just look at the negative reviews.

I put up with it during the Beta. While it was annoying, I could at least rejoin a mission in progress after a crash. Assuming I wasn't unlucky enough to crash at the end of a mission, I could still finish it, get my currency/EXP, and progress.

I set the game down for five days prior to launch, only to pick it back up today. A number of updates had been made, including a cash shop, but I still crashed every single game I played. They actually made the issue worse by either reducing the mission rejoin window or removing it altogether, so that upon crashing my spot was no longer held long enough (or at all) for me to rejoin after reloading the game.

I was only able to get back in because I was playing with a premade team and they held my spot by kicking people. This is clunky as hell and not very fair to the people that get kicked. If I was playing alone, I would have had no way to get back into the mission, and would have received zero character progression for playing potentially 90% of a mission.

I've enjoyed my actual playtime thus far, and would probably recommend the game if it was stable. I'll check back in a few months, and perhaps if I can make it through a few missions without crashing I'll be able to leave a positive review instead. Here's hoping.
