🔞 ADULT: Id/erose - Collection

Ingredients (1x):
2 tsp sesame seeds OR some sesame oil
Vegetable oil (peanut oil best, I just add some but about 1/4 cup)
1.5 tbsp gochugaru
1.5 tsp crushed red pepper
2 big green onions chopped fine
4 cloves garlic (big ones) chopped fine
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp regular soy sauce
1 tbsp chinesse black vinegar
1/2 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions:
In a small pan, add sesame oil plus some peanut oil, gochugaru, red pepper and some dried chilis (optional)
Cook spices until your kitchen smells like a nuclear bomb
Remove dried chilis
Add green onions and garlic and cook until it smells nice (but don't burn them)
Pour mixture into a metal bowl
Add soy sauces and vinegar
Add MSG and sugar to bowl
Stir until mixed
If you want it more oily, heat up peanut oil to 300-350 F / 150-175 C and pour on top of mixture in metal bowl (don't use glass)
Store in refrigerator in glass container/jar for up to several weeks
