Fantastic idle game. I'm glad it doesn't last forever. Well worth the time/money.

I've been playing No Man's Sky off-and-on since launch in 2016. If you go into it with the right mindset --- embracing the vast and open-ended journey --- it can be almost meditative. If you're looking for a space action/shooter fix, I'd look elsewhere. While NMS has some of those elements implemented, it's more like added flavor than substance. Play NMS for discovery, exploration, and relaxing progress. I love it for what it is. You might too.

It has a few rough edges but it's the most Star Trek game I've ever played, and that's an amazing feat. I truly hope they make more in the same style. Highly recommended for any TNG fans.

Side note for Epic Games owners: I bought this first on the Epic store and I can now confirm that my save loaded immediately in the Steam version, which is great.

It's (mostly) relaxing, beautiful and has a great spectrum of difficulty and puzzle types. Highly recommended.

So at first I looked at this and said it must be cheesy, too boiled down or somesuch. In fact it can be a blast. You get lots of loot, each class has completely different towers and you can couch co-op. Definitely recommended.

Perhaps the most impressive thing about this indie game is the years of continuous gameplay upgrades it has received. Yes it is "just" an arena shooter, and a zombie one at that, but the upgrade system and 4-player local and remote co-op make for a frenzied version of playing CoD Zombie-mode with friends. Also it has an awesome upgrade system which makes it fun to try out different combos.

I definitely recommend it for the price (especially on sale).

There's something about this one that sucks my hours away. Sure it's "a 2D Minecraft" but it's also more and less than that. If you're like me and more into building for adventure instead of adventuring to build then this is the game for you.

The speed at which they've added large updates has been about perfect as well as each time you find yourself wanting to start from the top to explore the game once more.

Highly worth it.

Admittedly I've only played through the first four levels so far, but the reverse tower defense gameplay has already got me hooked. The voice acting is a bit subpar but the opening cinematic is still pretty badass for a smaller studio.

I definitely recommend playing with an xbox gamepad as well. The controlls are natural.

For anyone on the fence, this one is lots of fun. Totally worth the price but make sure you get Ultra too.

I still love this game and I haven't found a Diablo-clone since that matches it (yes Torchlight included).

It includes an epic storyline (if a bit shallow) and the dual-class system leads to a lot of great choices for character customization. Also it has 6 player co-op so it's a great LAN party game.

Add to this the fact that you can usually get it on sale regularly for $5-10. Highly recommended.
