the game is somewhat fun but that gets ruined fast with the many issues it has. here are some:

the ammo for the pistol, revolver, shotgun and rifle is not obtainable without glitches if you have collected all of it(limited resource) which makes the guns useless in 99% of cases

enemies can jump over or walk through solid walls

you cant build stairs/slopes next to walls(there were ways to do this but the developers patched all of them out for no reason)

some caves are fine to enter but you cant leave them without specific items you dont get told you need to enter

there is a strict limit on how many logs can be on the ground at once after which the old logs get deleted(you cant change this as host)

ragdolls are completely desynced

there are multiple types of enemies that can 1hit you on full health even on normal difficulty

you cannot fully look down or up so if a small enemy or animal is too close to you you cant kill it

until these common issues get fixed i will not play the game anymore since it is just not fun with stuff like this and remember that there are many more minor issues

the game is full of cheaters and the devs actively block linux support. go play something else this is not worth your time

dark souls 3 was better. barely has a tutorial(just tells you in prompts instead of actually teaching you) and throws you into random encounters when you just want to explore

The mod started out good but the it just turned into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The game has multiple softlocks, puzzles that make no sense at all, terrible voiceacting, non satisfying ending, a story that has nothing to do with the story of half-life even though they say it does, weapons that are only used for one scripted scene and after that you no longer get any ammo for them and they are useless(sniper, grenade launcher), random game crashes(example: the door where you have to enter the 3 digit code), npcs in later chapters constantly bodyblock you, combine can shoot though solid walls, random push triggers, cutscenes where your camera is just locked in and you cant do anything, the game just removes all of you weapons at the end for no reason and in the final choice of the game you for some reason have a revolver again, some weapons like the revolver have no ammo drops from the ammo boxes so you have to find revolver ammo boxes(all of them are in sections where you dont even fight), and a lot more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥(if you dont believe me then play it(it will mentally break you so not recommended)).

I tried to find some good things about this mod but it is really hard: the gunplay(mostly because you just wasted 30 minutes on a puzzle that makes no sense or just takes ages to complete).

I would give this game a 3/10 because they at least tried

you can only play like 10 maps but for playing singleplayer custom maps or anything you need to pay 20 euros each year just play trackmania nations forever

This is truly the worst game I have ever played. I thought it would be a good game since i liked Watch Dogs 2 but it is the most terrible game i have ever seen in my life. This is honestly such a disappointment. The problem is that the game is good before the first 2 hours of gameplay, but after that it just turns into a buggy mess that is not fun to play at all and if you think it can not be that buggy, I had to download some DLL files from a Youtube video to even get the game to launch. I tried to complete all the missions and i am currently at the last mission, but it is just garbage. Please don't buy this game.
