Been waiting for this game ever since it was announced. Played through an entire allied campaign and I can say that its really fun and I recommend to anyone looking for a fun WW1 game... however, there are some balancing issues, mostly with machine guns. They dont do nearly enough damage and are way too weak, the AI is not bad in offensive missions but in defensive missions they dont utilize any other strategy that charging 1 or 2 trenches through a zerg rush. Usually have to auto resolve defensive battles, the defender should be way stronger than they currently are, maybe weaken infantry a tad bit more though I admit it seems extremely challenging for the AI to handle. Maybe give it a bit of time for these changes to take effect.

Play for the story, play both campaigns once and come back every couple of months to replay. Good expansion :). Necessary for Imperial Guard faction in Soulstorm
