The glorious return of a legendary franchise. After the debacle of Doom 3, I had completely lost faith in ever seeing a return to the classic run and gun Doom formula. This game removes all the issues Doom 3 had such as boring and linear level design and cheap scares that weren't really scary. Controls are smooth and awesome, and the game is insanely well optimized. I run it with everything maxxed at 1080p on my GTX 970.

Fell off the world a few times, don't waste your time on this buggy mess.

I am honestly surprised this game is not more popular. It is easy to learn, with an excellent set of tutorials. However, although it is easy to learn, the combat can be surprisingly deep. The character development along with the card collecting elements make this game quickly addictive. The multiplayer is also a lot of fun.

You can play through the entire game without spending a cent, and the microtransactions are kept in check. There is a slight advantage to paying, but skill still matters more than the small item bonus being a club member gives you. The game is free, you have nothing to lose by giving it a chance.

I really should not do this but the first comparision that comes to mind for me is pitting this game against Forza and Gran Turismo. Relative to both games the career mode is sparse, but the upside is the driving physics are far more realistic in this game. Getting your tires off the road is an unforgiving experience (as it should be). You feel the car buck and lose a subtantial amount of speed and control, so cutting courses is not worth it.

I wish it had some more tracks, but this is an extremely promising racing game that I would buy again in a heartbeat. If you are not a fan of waiting for kinks to be worked out, I would reccomend you wait a while longer until this game is smoothed out. My main real complaint is the Eurocentric car lineup, I wouldnt mind seeing some American muscle in here.

A real gem of an RPG with a brilliant art direction and engrossing gameplay. The only real con I can think of is the low difficulty curve in this game even at the hardest setting.

This game is freaking terrible. Do yourself a favor and don't buy it. The controls are terrible and the voice acting is gibberish.
