Horrendous performance after leaving the tutorial sewers, either crashing from trying to leave a building or crashing while loading, framerate jumping up and down like it's jump rope; to simply put, unoptimized UE5 slop that feels like a modpack made by some dude on Nexus. Wait a couple of months for patches.
