Great game, combat is very fun and fluid. There is lots of replayability but I think I'm too ADHD to go through the missions again without the cutscenes. I thought the Vergil DLC was going to be a couple of missions specifically made for Vergil but it just gives you the ability to go through the missions you've already done but as Vergil instead. I had no prior experience with the DMC series, but I did enjoy this game a lot.

Game is extremely good, but it’s not beginner friendly at all. It will take tens of hours to gain a basic understanding of the game. Despite my hours, I am still very new to the game and still have much to learn.

Do NOT play when you’re in a bad mood or when you don’t feel like playing. Don’t let people flaming you deter you from playing, just mute them. Gain a basic understanding of the game through basic youtube tutorials and play a couple games with bots. Find a couple heroes that you enjoy playing and play the ♥♥♥♥ out of them. That way you can spend more time improving on the general aspects of the game rather than the hero specific ones. Don’t play Turbo, it’s less balanced and isn’t as fun, plus most guides are made for all pick. Use guides but don’t rely on them too heavily. Learn what items do and why they are good on certain heroes and situations.

Games are slow and long, but that doesn’t mean you will have a lack of things to do. You’ll be looking at the health of creeps for last hits and denies, looking at the items of enemies and teammates, making sure you have vision, checking on your teammates’ position, trying to figure out the best ways to farm, staying on top of regen, items, and the usage of your courier, danger assessment, pulling camps, stacking camps, farming camps while not losing farm in lane. And then there’s runes, roshan, and the day/night cycle. All of this leads to a huge skill ceiling, but it also makes it harder to know what you need to improve on.

Good game if you want to get over the learning curve.

really bad for people with multiple monitors. to move pan the camera around the designated key is left click, and while panning your cursor is still moving across the screen, so it's very easy to move your cursor onto your other monitor while playing.
