Requiring a PSN account after making it optional and allowing purchase outside of psn areas then suddenly making it mandatory is bs. Your data is not safe with Sony. They have had numerous breaches. If you do not live in one of the 69 countries that are allowed for PSN, you will not be able to play the game. Using a VPN to register a PSN account in a different country will get your account banned.
