This game has made me rage quit so many times.

I have done everything to get it to play right but it keeps missing frets, no matter how perfectly I play them, no matter how much pressure I put on. I got the intonation done by a professional at a guitar store. The strings are new. Yet it keeps missing frets and requiring me to step a fret back to even occasionally pick it up.

This kind of problem should be fixed on their end, not for the user to have to tweak settings for hours on end to still have the same problem. Seeing the discussion thread and how many people blame the user for this ridiculous set up issue is appalling. Stuff Ubisoft for having me spend $60 on a cable for a game that doesn't work properly.

Save your money and your sanity. Don't buy it.

Neat little puzzle game. 120 levels, well designed. The learning curve is good, you have one hard level follow by a couple of easier levels to ease you back into a new concept. Simple and easy to pick up and play.

Puzzle games like this usually get more and more impossible but all the levels are doable without requiring too many do overs.

I like that it's light with a relatively easy to medium difficulty, with only a handful of hard levels.

There can be a bit of frustration but you can try a new path or sit down and map it out in your head. I left a couple that I 1 or 2 starred and came back them later and cleared easier with a fresh mind.

7.5/10.

Neon Chrome, a cyberpunk 2d shooter from the creators of Crimsonland. - 8.5/10

I'm having a blast. Fantastic game. Smooth and exciting gameplay.
Cut a path through the corridors and rooms of a cybernetic facility. Run screaming from drones as you reload your blaster, trigger traps and get the hell out of their proximity. Spread lead shells into the unsuspecting guards and scurry behind walls before they blast you down.

Fight epic bosses, use walls as cover then cry as it is melted down by their weapon fire and you must find somewhere else to recharge your weapon.

It belongs up there with the other top shelf 2d shooters.

Pros:
WASD with mouse movement and full controller support.
Plenty of upgrades and unlocks.
Plenty of hours to the gameplay.
Die and spend loot to build a better you.
Death is fair. Come back stronger and better equipped.
Time when and how to engage the enemy.
