Really great to see Microsoft take this game seriously enough to keep what's good about the game but definitely add a nice shine and improve the multiplayer experience. Hopefully this will lead to the growth of the AoE2 community to become even larger.

One of my all time favorites. A gem both solo and with friends, with incredible replay value. Will probably be playing this game for the rest of my life.
Pros:
Amazing depth
Shockingly, a story despite being a rogue-like
Crisp, sharp controls
Wonderfully designed playable characters that are all viable but different.
Beautiful maps, enemies, and music.
Cons:
Honestly, none.

It might be somewhat challenging initially, but tough it out. Reward awaits those who unlock 2+ characters.
