(Got more hours than this, but from pre-Beta versions and the original version)

I found this game ages ago, when my PC was trash and emulated DOS games were some of the best things I had to play - it captivated me enormously, to the point where I e-mailed Dr. Sorenson hoping he had file copies of the tutorial disks! This new version fixes up many of the bugs from the first releases, adds new features, and still is one of the few games to scratch the itch of "capital-class ship command" for me. Buy it, ram your head against the wall, go back and RTFM, and you'll be coordinating sector-wide invasions of the degenerate UGA in no time.

It's Nauticrawl, in VR. That game was pretty neat as it was, but the immersion added by VR is basically perfect for it. Not terribly long, but worth the time it asks of you.

Cold War aesthetics, hex tactical gameplay, and classic Zach puzzles with the TIS-330. Go kill some Ivan.

Want to watch adorable depictions of British and American aircrew struggle to survive in the most heavily contested airspace of the Second World War? Want to watch cartoon characters with big, trusting eyes bleed out in the back of your Avro Lancaster because you used the last medkit to keep the pilot alive so maybe, just maybe, you can ditch over the Channel instead of in Nazi-occupied France? Want to experience the sweet, sweet relief of bringing everyone home alive (lol)? Get this game. Do it. Name the characters after your friends and family and watch as their B-17 goes down in flames over Sicily. Find new friends. Repeat.

Clever little puzzler/rogue-lite that makes you feel really clever for figuring out all the tricks of the strange machine you're stuck inside. Not all that long, but if you love clicky interfaces with lots of buttons to push it's definitely for you. Recommended especially for fans of games like Objects in Space.

No RNG, stealth mechanics, Cold War setting, and mullets. Can't ask for more.

The Sexy Brutale is like the anti-Hitman, with a little Ghost Trick thrown in. You creep around, and figure out how a murder is to be committed - and then stop it, using tools, the environment, and some special abilities that you acquire along the way. Strongly recommend - and the soundtrack is just outstanding.

EDIT: Bloody hell, that ending. Okay, my strong recommendation is now even stronger. Play it. Finish it all the way. And don't look up any spoilers - it'll be worth it.
