Online features do NOT work in Family Sharing, and since the latest update the game won't even get to the menu unless you go into offline mode. None of this is advertised and presented as a "bug" but it's clearly done on purpose to force purchasing multiple copies. Shady business practices, avoid this game!

In addition they locked PC players on to "last gen" both for creations and for content. So no "The Island" not island specific characters (like Goldberg and Nikki Bella), and all creations are part of the same pool as PS4/Xbox One. So you can't even share creations with a friend who is on PS5 like you could with WWE2K24.

Overall this is a huge step back in every way from last year's game.

Easy to play, hard to master kind of game. It is quite short with only 5 levels, but it does promote a lot of replayability by giving you reasons to revisit levels and plenty of challenges. Plus the entire game can be played lethal or non-lethal with different stories for both.

One of the better WWE Games in a long time. A couple physics glitches are the only real "bad" things, but even those can be good for a laugh.

EDIT - Changing my review to negative because the servers have been ASS for too long of a period of time and nothing is being done to fix them. You can maybe play a game or two of My Faction and then you lose connection, or you browse the community for 10 mins and the servers boot you. Restart the game and you can connect again for like 10 mins. 2K likes to blame players, ISPs etc etc ... but I can connect to thousands of other games and have a strong stable connection. The common denominator is you 2K. Fix your servers!

Loved this game on Epic Games! Having it on Steam is just that extra bit of convenience! I wish more people played the Splatter Royale mod, but the regular mod is still very active and very fun!
