Despite repeated attempts to power through ridiculous problems like host disconnect errors, which seemingly come out of their own free will; the real straw for me was crashing immediately after finally loading into a lobby, thus losing a close to max level survivor because I was silly enough to attempt to just... play the game.

The Reanimation+ update added a lot of quality things, but, the framework of this game is fundamentally broken. Until the team behind the development of NMRIH2 realizes that having a combination of critical bugs with permadeath is a terrible mix, I will be leaving this review as negative. They're so close to having something worth playing, but, the problems this game has have actually pushed me to actively warn people from spending money on this game, or the team making it.

A small minority of people who insist it has nothing to do with Torn Banner, or their incompetence, make the problem feel infinitely worse.

I've been following these developers since working on a sister project almost 20 years ago by the name of HoldOut. I'd love to see them succeed—but, it seems like every step forward they take, two steps back come right after.
