i was able to avoid the addiction gene that runs in my family until i played this game

during covid i started talking to a guy. we couldn't hang out in person, but we really wanted to get to know each other.. so we started a farm together. now, almost 4 years later, we joke that stardew valley is where we met 😭 this cozy little farming sim will always have a special place in my heart (and my vote for labor of love every year)
