Very basic idle game but very non-intrusive, love having it as side content

At its core, Hardspace: Shipbreaker is a work simulator where you get to scrap spaceships in zero-G. This presents many unique situations and scenarios that keep this game very interesting

*Controls*
Controlling and maneuvering yourself in this game feels quite good. You'll get a hang of the zero-G controls relatively fast, but there are some tricks that you can use to make this movement even better for yourself. Most tools have two or 3 buttons, which make it easy to focus on your tasks at hand rather than fighting the controls the whole time

*Gameplay*
Hardspace's gameplay loop follows a straightforward formula: Aquire a ship, scrap it, buy upgrades, and repeat. Scrapping the ship is broken into 15-minute shifts, which means that you only ever have to commit to 15 minutes of gameplay at a time. At times this may be a bit frustrating during longer game sessions, but overall it allows the game to be played much more casually than a typical work simulator (if that's what you're aiming for).

Searching the ship to complete work objectives is genuinely fun. Each ship is its own puzzle, with multiple angles of attack. Want to scrap from front to back? You might risk decompression. Inside out? It'll be hard to bring out larger parts... This risk/reward puzzle system is very addictive. My only complaint is that currently, each 'level' of ship only has 2 or 3 variant macro-layouts, with many of the internal components randomized inside. Being able to have a wider range of macro-layouts might lead to further replayability, especially when you start getting stuck on a ship level for 6+ ships.

*Overall*
The only major issues I have with the game are the 15-minute time limit on ships, a need for more varied ship layouts by level, and some minor issues when grappling sensitive items that sometimes cause them to spazz out and destroy themselves when trying to grapple them carefully. If you're a work simulator fan and a sci-fi enthusiast, this game will be right up your alley.

A tactical co-op horror shooter that is *actually* tactical and *actually* scary?
Why yes, it is finally here!

GTFO is an amazing early-access game. It has so much potential, and the devs are doing an amazing job keeping the community in the loop about the updates and roadpath of the future.

For now, my only major concern is the lack of online matchmaking. The game is balanced for 4 players with no scaling, so you're best to buy this with friends or find some people to play with (the GTFO discord is an amazing community and people are always looking to find games there)

Tl;dr: Game is quite buggy and barely playable as of right now, but it has major potential.

FOREWORD: **** THIS GAME IS GOING TO BE FREE TO PLAY ON FULL RELEASE ****

Graphics look nice. Cryengine does this game well. FPS drops occur occasionally, but overall it's not an issue.

Gameplay is meh. The one playable mountain as of right now looks nice, bit its hard to get down the different trails to explore the mountain more. Controls are very loose, making it hard to get where you want to be, be it jumping onto a rail or just going down a trail. Tricks are pretty basic, with some grabs and spins. Multiplayer and 'events' are being added later, and (hopefully) some of the falling through the map will stop.

Customizations is pretty good. There are a lot of options to customize your skiier, from hats and gloves to bindings and poles. You can sort by category of equipment or by brand, and a lot of major skiing companies have their equipment represented in the game.

Verdict: Wait it out. If you want to support the devs, go right ahead. Just be warned that 1) This game is going to be free-to-play on release, and 2) This game is playable, but not for very long. The gameplay is fun as a time waster, but IMO not for its current pricetag
