IF YOU WANT THE FULL EXPERIENCE, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME BEFORE IT GETS OUT OF EARLY ACCESS.

I played the living crap out of Subnautica when it was free on Epic a year ago and it was a no brainer that I had to buy this. The devs are one of the best in the business, probably my second favourite devs to CDPR. They listen to their community and they have done pretty damn well to improve upon some (not all) of the shortcomings that the original Subnautica had. Even in early access the game is really really solid, barring a few glitches which are pretty minute and can be fixed pretty easily. I haven't found anything majorly game-breaking yet, which is something really massive for a game that is in Early Access. I think the release date for the final game is in Q1 of 2020 and I have a feeling that after the full release the price for the game is going to go up by a bit. If you like to fool around in a sandbox environment and don't care too much about having the story spoilt for you, I recommend you go for it, I have already put in 35 hours just exploring stuff in an environment which is just over half-done, imagine how much time you could devote to the fully made game.

One of the best games I've ever played (I have played it on the DS, Wii and PC) and I love this game with all my heart. 10/10 would recommend. Even if you don't like the type of game it is, the cuteness and innocence of the game will absolutely win you over.

Beautiful graphics, physics for a 2005 game. One of my favourite game franchises right next to Portal (although the both of them are in the same universe). The game is so good there is absolutely nothing I can say which has already been said. The only drawbacks are some absolutely absurd achievements (albeit fun) like Keep Off the Sand! . I know we most probably won't get a Half-Life 3 almost ever but I still have my ears open for anything. You can't not have your ears open for a new game after playing Half-Life and Half-Life 2.
