Early Access Review
Great game, very fun. Hard to run for me, but if you have a decent CPU/GPU, you'll be fine. This is Early Access at the moment, and is in its Alpha mode, so it's important to keep in mind that this game won't be perfect when you play it and there will be many glitches/bugs. On the other hand, it being in Alpha mode isn't 100% justifiable for all it's glitches/bugs because frankly the developers should've been past this point in the games development a long time ago. They said that they wanted to release the game at the end of 2012! Nonethelesss, still a good game. What is extremely annoying and agitating are the bandits (Players who kill other players usually for no reason, sometimes for the other persons items). Nearly everyone is a bandit; and while this sort of promotes the general feeling of being more scared of fellow humans than zombies, it's gotten out of hand. It takes some of the fun possibilites out of the game too, like robbing, kidnapping, or even hold a person randsom or just journeying with others, because no one will want to attempt to interact with people knowing there's probably a 90% chance that the person is a bandit. Two big tips I feel worth mentioning are if you want better gear/loot than just a shovel, sweater and can of baked beans, run with the ocean on your left side, this will almost always bring you to Elektro, (full name is Elektrozadosk) one of the biggest cities in the game. This is a huge risk though, as Electro is essentially bandit city, full of people lurking around, hiding in places with decent gear spawns waiting for newcomers to kill. If you keep following the water, you will reach Cherno, (full name Chernogorsk) the biggest city that yields good gear/loot; and if you follow the coast even more you will reach Balota, which has an airfield and military camp which are great places to obtain good weapons, ammo, and gear. And lastly, as my friend told me, never stand in one place, always move; especially if you're outside. Otherwise, you'll have a bullet in the back of your head before you can blink...
