Brownie recipe :

125g (4¼ oz) butter
200g (7 oz) caster sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
60g (2¼ oz) plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the icing
50g (2 oz) butter, softened
3 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
125g (4¼ oz) icing sugar
