Great game, awesome feeling combat and movement. Surprisingly well polished for an indie game (a lot of AAA devs should take inspiration).

The only nitpicky downside for me are the enemies as I like shooting humans better than robots.

I discovered this game by accident and I am so glad I did. It's a BLAST!

I haven't played the game since release up until now, as I was quite disgusted by the state the game released in. However, I must say that the game has gotten WAY better since then and I've been enjoying it quite a bit.

The state this game launched in is absolutely unacceptable and never should have been released like this. Especially before the first patch it dragged the enjoyment down quite a lot with constant frame drops, even into 20s on RTX 4090 (5120x1440).

However, if you can look past that, you'll find that the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing.

They improved on Fallen Order in every way they needed to.. more lightsaber types (i.e. stances), more force powers, more traversal options (+ better feeling / more fluid) and gadgets. Greatly expanded customization, bigger planets, more exploration etc. The story is also much grander and darker from the get go and the main character seems to be much better written too.

Performance issues aside, this is an awesome game and so far GOTY. Can't wait for a sequel.

I am so glad they didn't screw this up. The original was amazing and so is this remake, totally worth the full price.

The only thing they should fix is the ultrawide implementation as on 5120x1440 it is zoomed quite a lot, but this can be overcome by using the REFramework mod.

I hope they do RE5 next.

Don't buy this game until it's fixed. Very poorly optimized, I couldn't even sustain 60 fps on RTX 4090. Also the developers weren't bothered to implement DLSS, the upscaler that the game has is unusable, makes the visuals very blurry with practically no FPS gain. Plus the game does not fully support ultra-wide monitors (32:9 in my case).

Great DLC, if you liked the base game, you will like this. Story continues where Eternal left off, gameplay wise it is the same, no new weapons, just a few new demons. I played on ultra-violence (same as the base game) and it was significantly harder in this one but I liked it (even though it got frustrating at times). It is long enough to make it worth a purchase in my opinion.

And FYI, if you hated Marauders, this DLC has probably more of them, than the base game :).

This game can be a great fun and annoyance at the same time. The combat is great, but the problem is that it tends to be really short. You travel the open world and there are (of course) bandit camps, which you are actually looking forward to, since the combat is fun.

But there are just too few enemies in most of those and every encounter is followed by the need of finding the stupid boxes with currency, that you use to upgrade your weapons and abilities. These crates are usually stupidly hidden, so after the excitement from the combat, you get frustrated really fast because you cannot find these stupid things and you tell yourself "f* it, I'm gonna move forward". But what that leads to is a feeling of disappointment, since you know you did not manage to 100% that camp and you could use those resources... This is a really stupid design decision, and whats worse is that there are small encampments, where there aren't even any enemies, just the collectibles.

I haven't gotten too far into the game yet, so I don't have much experience with the car combat, but from what I've experienced I can say, that it's not as good as the Mad Max game (also developed by Avalanche) and neither is the handling.

I'd recommend this game solely because of the combat (which is the only reason why I didn't refund it), but in my opinion the cons outweigh the pro, therefore I cannot recommend this game at full price. If you want to buy this game because of an interesting open world or fun traversal or even an interesting story, do NOT buy this, you would be disappointed.

Always dreamt of having missions about wrecking billboards with a car in a Mafia game, right? No... At least it takes only 1 hour to finish it.

Finished the game on my first playthrough (normal difficulty) in 6 hours and 55 minutes. I was disappointed by the length, since I had a lot of fun, especially at the beginning, the last part on the boat and in mines definitely felt the weakest, but still good. The game also felt kinda easy, since I always had a feeling like i have enough of everything.

After starting my second playthrough, on the Madhouse difficulty, it seems like the real fun starts there. Enemies are tougher, you are weaker, loot is sparser etc. Also the items are in different places, plus there are some new items that did not appear on the lower difficulty. It's great that the game encourages and rewards the player for multiple playthroughs, which is a little compensation for the poor length.
