The devs just ran away with game of the year prize and decided to make this game complete trash and retarded. Too bad, franchise has always been a no risk buy until now. Maybe the worst fighting game currently

The game feels nice, but what I don't like is that (being in the same engine as RE7 and RE2), there are plenty of recycled models I didn't love to see for the umpteenth time, like the mannequins or the same zombies from RE2. The HUD seems a little more "spartan" than the RE2 one, but feels better than before: after you get an item for the first time, it won't open your HUD again, so you can save some time!

Nemesis seems really frightening, but after some labbing he becomes predictable. Anyway, I like him and his attacks, especially the tentacle and screaming one. Yet we've seen him without a bazooka, so take my words with a grain of salt.

I like the new mechanics the game offers, like the fast-roll on enemis, making Resident Evil feel like Dark Souls. I also like that they deleted tactical escapes (with grenades or knife) in order to focus more on dodging and getting punished when ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

Essendo grandissimo nostalgico e giocatore dei primi titoli di Resident Evil (soprattutto il secondo, il mio preferito, che continuo a rigiocare spesso e che avrò finito almeno 200 volte) sono andato in mega hype non appena ho visto che ne avrebbero fatto un remake, e ovviamente allo stesso tempo mi stavo anche cagando addosso perché avevo paura che ne sarebbe uscita una ciofeca.
