Go to your Badges, and click on Completed at the top right, then click on the Steam Community one, there will say need do what to unlock the badge, only need to do 22 out of the 26 yo :balloon::balloon::balloon:

Cause I wanted to buy a steam profile theme, but only 7 cents, and I got so much spare after opening a crate in CS, might as well spend it on cards and ♥♥♥♥ lol
