Broken, unbalanced, playtime extended by needless grind, form over function. If I had not been playing with friends, extending this beyond the refund period of 2 hours, I would request a refund.

Love Oblivion overall, but recently they have chosen story and whimsy over gameplay, balance, and legitimate fun experiences. The pieces are here, but the lack of fulfillment, the overall player weakness, the randomness to meaningful choice and player advancement is a jumbled, chaotic mess of happenstance.

On a side note, this clearly meant to be made for consoles with PC being an afterthought, or at least second consideration. Interface. UI, keybindings are nonsensical and not even borderline standard in terms of what controls a normal PC user would expect.

Spyware, data collection in the background. Additionally does not run well, keyboard controls just stop working, stop taking input randomly.

The best bang for your buck and constantly adding more free content.

If you played old school vampire games on console, this will be quite the trip.

Lacks balance, explanation of mechanics in a meaningful way or in a timely fashion aka you are f-ed before the game provides details as to how or why.

While compelling in story and aesthetic, smacks of a studio that has a first offering still at version 0.8 while it already prepares to jump to "here's our first 19 DLC's you can buy!" From a design aspect they are on to something, but the ecosystem is not complete and balance needs tuning.

Try back in another year.

There is a lot to say about how good this game is and like playing the game itself, you will need some patience before I post my full review

This game is approaching half done, and you'll half the amount of fun you could if they tried (and did not opt to make sure they had a marketplace for items ahead of getting base mechanics resolved).

Physics : 7 of 10
Design : 9 of 10
UI : 5 of 10
Stability : 6 of 10
Reliability : 7 of 10

Inuitive? For the beginning experience (first 5 holes of the first 18), then drops off a cliff. Mechanics, triggers, view distance, cause and effect just don't line up. Smacks of a pre-Beta game.

Is it worth 8 bucks? Barely.

This game is a $15 game on its best days. If you can get in on sale from that point, then sure. $15 might be to much in the meantime.

Now that the game is out, I suppose I should give it a shot.
