There is a curfew,on triples between(hughenden and julia creek)from 6am to 6pm.I grabbed a couple of beers,at the pub in hughenden and had a feed and a beer and a shower at(lights on the hill)the reason behind the curfew is ,because the road is too narrow and rough(in the shire's mind) i stopped at the mud hut pub in richmond on the way home from OORINDI cattle station(80 k's east of the curry )and had the BEST feed,I was in at that time a transtar 4700 with a14 plus,oh but those were the day's when the road between charters towers and bellyando was all dirt,barr a little bit of tar for over taking.MEMORIES
