Just bravo. Fixes a lot of issues with extraction shooters, while also carving out it's own special mechanics and atmosphere. Quality of Life all over the place! Voice chat and don't shoot emote are huge. Solo queue is awesome. Keep it up!

Repetitive missions, hard combat walls to stop progression to force grinding or build changes, and horribly designed challenges where you have to collect orbs with a timer that are a wall for main story progression.

I had some fun for sure, but this is just mindless podcast gaming that doesn't even do a good job at that because it tries to be too serious with checks and gunplay, and then also isn't serious at all because it does platforming challenges for main progression.

Good game

I don't understand why this was released as final and not Early Access. This game is not done. It's horribly unoptimized.

I am only listing things I saw in my less than an hour with the game. This list should not be this long in less than an hour.

Pros:
Large Open World
Live NPC Sells You Bait and Gives Missions
Tutorial Seems Pretty Decent and 101s give more direct info about a type of fishing
Fish Models are Cool

Cons:
Graphics Look Blurry even on max settings and res scaling, but game still runs at 55fps at 1440p on my 2080ti. Something is very bad with optimization.
Fishing mechanics are bad, rod restraightening makes no sense, fish fight terribly
Barely any choices for gear progression to be different
Each Lure Type is just color and size differences instead of different lures.
Fish Animations are Broken, fish jump out of water but are sideways and straight not animated with mouths opening and such
Buggy Menus, game started without my pressing start after leaving the settings menu

As of writing, this game has been out around 3 days in Early Access. The devs have been extremely active so far with 4 sets of bug fixes and another patch coming.

Overall, the game has a lot of flaws and is missing a lot of parts and features. But the dev pace along with promises on a roadmap look to make this game at least a fun game to play sometimes, and possibly a great fishing game depending on how mechanics and overall gameplay progress.

This is a game about being a delivery man in a post apocolyptic world.

This can be repetitive for some, but if you are the kind of person that likes getting all the towers in a Far Cry game, but are interested in it taking 20 minutes to get between those towers and then finding ways to make that process faster, this game is for you.

I would really like to recommend this game, but it seems like an Early Access title that is not labeled as such.

Just an example, there are multiple references to growing your own weed, but you can't do that until a patch comes out.

Doesn't that seem like Early Access where you add features over time?
