Truly one of the greatest pieces of media ever created. No game matches the depth, quality and level of detail this game has to offer.

Game was amazing for the first 4-5 hours but after that the Skill Based Matchmaking system became so apparent and aggressive that it squeezed every last bit of fun out of the game.

While I rarely make a review for a game, all especially one that I have only played for about 7 hours. My experience turn for the worse so fast with this game that I felt like there was no other option left than to leave a negative review.

I am willing to come back to this game some day if something is done about the SBMM, because honestly I just want to have some casual fun with friends and not play a faux Ranked/Competitive where there is no reward for playing casually.

Honestly one of the best games to come out of 2020/21. After playing Mudrunner for a while I was hyped to get this game as it was the natural evolution for the SpinTires franchise and boy did they deliver! The game took everything that was good about MudRunner and improved on it! Just like it's predecessors this game is very challenging yet super relaxing to play. It's an open world game but most importantly it's also a sandbox, which means that you can choose to tackle your challenges however you want to and succeed/fail in ways that are unique to you and are a direct consequence of your actions. I.e. the route you chose, the truck you were driving, the equipment you chose to put on your truck and the trailers you chose to take with you or not to take with you.

Mod support is a great plus and has contributed to a lot more variety while playing the game. Their current system once setup (By making an account on mod.io and linking it to your game) provides a similar experience to the Steam Workshop. Though I would still rather have that over mod.io due to it being just a bit more streamlined. That being said it's still very smooth and easy, albeit a bit slow at times.

This game has very few downsides, one of them is that it does miss a bit of the characteristic "Russian feel" of SpinTires and MudRunner but that is only slightly since there are still Russian maps and vehicles in the game, though the Russian vehicles this time around do look a lot less like their real life counterpart and the Russian maps miss that toned down 'brownish' tint that Mudrunner had. Both of these things contribute to it feeling less like Spintires and Mudrunner. Of course this part is subjective and really not that major but I feel like the majority of people in this community would feel the same way about it!

I also never encountered any major bugs aside from some random instances of fences and other small props very undramatically falling over out of nowhere, but those never really affected gameplay in any way.

Lastly is playtime, I've now put in about 170 hours into the game on Steam (though I did clock in a hefty amount of hours on to my current safe-file before it launched on Steam so oops) and I'm still not nearly done with it. Just the base game's main quests it might take you around 120 hours to complete and a 100% completion of the base game will take you upwards of 190-200 hours, this is without doing any of the DLC maps!

Overall a polished experience with interesting gameplay and premise, the game has great direction and every second you play it you feel confident that the devs knew what they were doing and wanted while creating it! This is a very satisfying game to play and is a definite recommend even if you're not into trucks or even cars in general!

Gameplay is great, and it's extremely immersive!
It's constantly getting updated with new content and comunity maps!
Modsupport is great and very easy, whenever you join a server with mods it automatically downloads/updates the mods that are needed to play in that server. Which honestly is a feature most games should have!

The animations and gun models are great and top notch!
Same for the maps and evironments!

Awesome game, great physics! Can be laggy at times but that's a trade off of having real time crashing physics!
