As much as I would be more positive about this game, since it can be fun when it's working and there are some admirable qualities in terms of the map, car list, having a usable cockpit view and having somewhat decent driving physics...I can't.

There are some small things to point out like hideous customization choices, GPS losing its temper all the time, poor soundtrack or cars having rubbish brakes.

But the actual dealbraker is the optimization. Not only the framerate can be poor, but it's also crashing all the time on my middle-of-the-road 4 year old gaming laptop which can handle Cyberpunk 2077. And it's not like there's a price worth paying for "them Unreal Engine 5 graphics". Sure, the game looks quite good, but it's more of a "you could've done it in Unreal 4 and little would've been lost" look.

It's a shame, because I was rooting for this game to the point of buying it at launch. But after almost a year down the line and countless reinstalls in hope of the game working as intended, I'm done at this point. It's just yet another proof that Unreal Engine 5 is a mistake.

One positive thing...well, it made me appreciate the invention of 3D...and fair rules for the player...
