Basic gameplay is fine. Some of the other recommendations here mention game breaking bugs, but I personally have only encountered minor graphical glitches (most notably the "FINISH PROJECT?" screen being overlaid onto any project I'm working on). However, the game is very unoptimized from a performance standpoint. I'm admittedly playing this on a low-end, 4-year old laptop, so I know I'm a rather extreme example, but anything outside the main menu brings my framerate to a crawl, not to mention some of the complex models that the game gives you. Overall it's decent enough from what I've played, but I'm holding out on performance improvements down the line before I'd truly call it great.
