I've never loved a game enough to do a review, but there's a first time for everything. The SOUNDTRACK, the hint of an underlying story and the VISUALS. I didn't know cinematic side scrollers were a thing but despite it being a little short it's truly captivating. Are you going to run out of resources? What's going to be my next roadblock? Will the character get where they are trying to go?

And the TIMING of the music and it matching the progress in the game. Pieces of a track fade in when you're getting somewhere in a puzzle, music kicking in full swing when you're on the move again at full speed. The music director clearly has a passion for soundscape and how you can apply it to video games and take the beauty to the next level.

I love that the character is all alone and has no interaction with another soul. It leaves the game very mysterious and as you traverse, you see all these run and worn down areas and villages with no one in sight.

Truly, truly beautiful game. I got it during the SSS, but I'm paying full price now and gifting it to two friends. Love it that much.
