It's okay to just admit that you're jealous of me
It's okay to just admit that you're jealous of me
'Why didn't you buy me?'
Because fundamentally, YOU spending all of YOUR money is not a problem for ME to solve. You are free to spend your money in the buy period however you wish, but I am also free to spend mine and if I would LIKE to buy you, I might, but it is my decision.

'But it's a team game isn't it?'
It wasn't a team game to you when you sent yourself broke buying last round with no reserve cash or plan to get out of the hole. it wasn't a team game to you when you helped yourself to a pistol, grenade or other wasted purchase on rounds when the team was saving. And it won't be a team game to you if I buy you, and then you run out and die and need to be bought again. Since it is my money I will make the call about what is best for the team.

'But it's not your money, it's the TEAM'S money!'
Nice opinion there. Did a youtuber give it to you? It actually is my money, earnt by saving when it made sense to, and not buying myself whatever I wanted, every round, all game long. I have more money than you because there were rounds where I would have LIKED to buy a weapon, but didn't because it didn't make sense tactically. I got to have no fun while you helped yourself to a scout last round and lost it, and now you think my money is the team's money. If that were the case, it wouldn't be in my account.

'I'm just going to throw or TK you'
I hope reading this has helped you understand the finer points of economy management in cs2 matchmaking, though even if you don't agree with me, I hope you can see that while not buying teammates is bad to you, doing team damage or throwing rounds is much, much worse. I am doing what I think will give us the best chance of winning, and that might mean not buying you right now so that I can buy the whole team later when the situation is more desperate, and responding by throwing a tantrum isn't helping anyone.
