Impressions from my first ten hours: Good game, the graphics are very appealing and the movement feels smooth. Freely obtainable rewards are good, story is good so far but hasn't blown me away or anything. I wish the community was nicer, from what I've experienced it's an absolute dumpster fire

Memes aside it's really not as bad as people make it out to be. It's in a fairly good state right now and the devs have made some good changes over the last few seasons. It's definitely not the same experience as the original game, which isn't *entirely* bad in my opinion, but there's absolutely some things that feel worse nowadays. Not everyone's gonna like the new direction they took and that's fine. Regardless, I am still upset about the abandonment of PVE story content. The few missions they did release were good, maybe a little expensive but still enjoyable. Hopefully they decide to dedicate a team to developing a fleshed-out PVE mode in the future, although it's unlikely.

Have not finished the story myself, but I've seen a full playthrough and have a fair amount of playtime so I wanted to leave a review: The game is very fun both alone and with friends, but *especially* with friends. I honestly like the inventory system a lot, it strikes a great balance between realism and quality of life. The building is much more intricate than in the first game and it's very easy to understand once you get the hang of it. There's some janky physics, clipping issues, etc, but none of them have impacted my experience with the game in a negative way. If anything, they made for some hilarious moments while playing with friends. My only actual complaint is the total lack of fast travel, which makes sense from a realism and setting standpoint but is kind of a nightmare for gameplay purposes, at least in my opinion. The vehicles make this a bit more bearable but considering the amount of "dungeons"/points of interest (caves, dig sites, etc.) and how spread out they are, travelling between them just feels like wasted time at some point, especially if you aren't using a map and are trying to find everything naturally. Regardless, the game is still a ton of fun overall and worth putting some hours into, especially with one or two friends. The price is fair, but I'd still recommend buying it while it's discounted.

Actually kinda awesome, I did a puzzle with a friend for four hours straight. The controls are pretty good and the fact you can lock pieces is great. Basically if you like jigsaw puzzles you will like this game (also some of the music actually went really hard but it did get old after a few hours)
