This game excels both aesthetically and mechanically at creating a faithful arcade experience. If you had told me this was a port of a Taito game from 1994 - I'd believe you!

Carrie's Order Up is a game that you will be able to jump into very quickly, but still has lots of friction between various mechanics that will inspire you to keep playing and master. Just when you think you're starting to get confident at the game a new customer, hazard, powerup, level layout, etc. will come along and throw you out of whack! You'll have to think on your feet to navigate an increasingly hazardous environment in this cute action-puzzle game.

It's pretty amazing to see a series jump genres so confidently and stick the landing so well. Everything you love about the series is maintained in this new entry - and it also provides a great entry point for newcomers to the franchise. I'm not the biggest JRPG fan, but I found myself loving the how dynamic and fun the battle system is. It's probably one of the best modern JRPGs you can play on PC!

Another great entry into the retro FPS revival scene. Journey though a completely alien world and dispatch evil with an arsenal of unique and creative weapons.
