Overall, a very good game with significant potential. It works excellently as a family game and for children who are beginning to learn how to play computer.

There are, however, a few areas that should be adjusted:

1. In the early game, XP increases too quickly compared to the money earned, which means you are constantly behind on purchasing the new items you need. You could also argue that missions can be completed too fast. As a result, the tavern-management aspect feels somewhat asynchronous with the narrative. Slowing progression slightly would also create a stronger need to switch between tavern management and missions, instead of being able to complete almost all missions without spending time in the tavern.

2. The game needs three additional missions to feel complete. As it stands, the experience is a bit too short, and more importantly, there is no real need for half of the dishes you can cook. You end up never having made all of them.

3. There should be more synergy in how resources are used. For example, the amount of honey obtained has almost no meaningful use, even though you can own several beehives. Similarly, an additional field would be desirable, and perhaps even the option to purchase mushrooms from the merchant once you reach approximately level 18.

For a free game it is good, but only with friends. Sadly as soon as all upgrades have been bought the game is kind of dead and completed (addressed below).

Biggest issues:
1. - It should be possible to set round time to at least double (and hopefully a lot more). It feels like the round ends when it is starting to get good. It would also be good to add an option of a third or fourth customer type.
2. - The amount of bugs... By far the biggest is players that need to reconnect just in order to see each other. It is literally every game for at least two people.
3. - The UI is insane when setting the menu! Problem 1: When setting menu I am unable to view "todays sale" under the customer type (top left) while setting the menu - it is hard enough all ready due to the fade effect. Problem 2: When adding an item to the menu the "item added to the menu"-notification is also on the left side now completely blocking the view of the other type of customer I need to set. Easiest solution is to move the customer types and "todays sale" to the right hand side.
4. - The Taverns stars (popularity) has no real meaning. It should be like every star means 25 customers at a time. This way there is a battle in the game to "handle the pressure" and get many stars while not getting bumped down in stars. Could even result in a chart on how well we are doing by showing satisfied customers for each round. This way the game becomes longer.
5. - There should be a description about how to prepare Hearth food in the basement. The main reason is that it often does not work due to bugs even if you get the right idea.
6. - I have no idea as to why the tavern can bee expanded a second time as there are not enough customers or time pr. round to fill it.
7. - The Achievement "Ex-Master Tavernkeep" is crazy. All others are doable, but this one seems totally impossible unless you play many many many needless hours.
8. - Everything with staff needs rework, more efficiency, more fairies, more upgrade levels (this way the game becomes longer), golems should not both be guards and grills (but another type) etc. I am not sure as to why there is a limit of any employee type.

If these points were fixed it would be an excellent game!

Early Access Review
The idea is great and the game has HUGE potential. But the execution it not there yet.

We encountered the following technical issues:
- The game crashed multiple times (on different machines) at our LAN party
- Some times people could not get into the lobby before the entire lobby was restarted.
- At some point the game never stopped claiming that a spy was still alive even though everyone was dead (easily counted with a show of hands in the room as we sat all 8 people together). So in theory we all sat looking at the NPC's walking around for 15 minutes.

However the real game play problems are:
- There should be a game mode for 5 minutes.
- Need for 12 people servers.
- A solution to the problem of looooong waiting times when dead early. Perhaps a thing to do while dead (e.g. cheer your team function that gives them a slight advantage in speed or helping them evade the cops). Or the spys can revive others with collective tasks (a third kind).

Everyone loved the game - But the amount of time just sitting looking while being a ghost is ridiculous! So we had to stop playing the game.

It all in all is a great game! The more people playing the more fun it is. Played it both before and after the huge and full v1 release of the game that only made it better.

This game is a must try as it is a uniqe combination of tower defence, survival, FPS, Minecraft building style and much more.

The only thing missing right now:
- More zombies on the wild, but perhaps easier to level it. Sometimes an hour can pass without even seeing a zombie. Also a bit more wandering hordes.
- Being able to have animals like crops. They could make sound and attract zombies so that is a hard choice.
- Crops should be easier to manage when it comes to production of seeds. Right now you sort of loose seeds by making seeds.
- We see a nuclear bomb in the trailer, but we see NO effect of it!!?? Make an area that is destroid, radiation or something.
- Be able to pick up a pool table, aquarium and other stuff for your base. Not use, just take for cosmetics.
- Make POI's that is sort of like a horde. Example a stadium filled with zombies just walking around on the field (with the loot) and you have to sneak and prepare how to channel them in order to kill them.

ET MUST TRY SPIL! Dette lille simple spil er ganske simpelt skønt og visuelt behageligt. Det er en gennemtænkt oplevelse i behageligt tempo med alt fra livshistorie, til mysterie, opklaring og drama. Det er hurtigt klaret på knap 4 timer og skal lidt betragtes som at læse en bog eller se en film - en interaktiv oplevelse. Spillede det på Steam Deck. Flere spil som det tak.
