Fun as a novelty for like a hour or two. Its not really a game that makes me say "Oh i really want to play it"

Id honestly give this game a neutral at this point in time if i could. Its a nice successor to MSC. However:

Its just as janky as MSC on release, very unfinished. Will probably take a good while until i would actually consider this game "playable".

Also has AI usage, which is massively dumb. The dev isnt broke, dont know why he wouldnt just hire people to make stuff instead of AI. Seems more like greed and laziness. You can argue its a placeholder, but i would have left it out completely since the game is already missing a ton of things. Teimo keeps reverting to the original desk position from my summer car, the back rooms are still empty in the shop. The new big shop feels empty since it basically has nothing in it yet. No new dialogue from the clerks in the new shop, etc. I dont think anyone would have noticed some songs missing if theyre AI.

The new game is harder than MSC, which is what i enjoy, but the methods of making money are tedious, and the car requires quite a grind to even get running, let alone to upgrade it. Some enjoy this, i do not.

I honestly cant see enough content in this RIGHT NOW to justify the price. I know it will be like MSC, improves after a time, but right now, its a no from me.

Genuinely tons of fun for free.

Yes, it has paid cosmetics, but yes, you can play without them. Controls just like Skate3, but also feels kind of fresh. the AI is worse than Coach Frank, but itll do.

Fantastic game from a single dev, but again its going to fall the same way the single dev games others do, lack of actual content updates. We need more things to do in this game, as its actually completed fairly quickly. More maps, more things to do, etc.

Probably one of the most confusing steam pages out there. You dont know which DLC does which and which version does what.

TLDR:
Get the standard edition

The emoji thing makes this game look like a cheap cashgrab. Please reconsider changing it to the trashcan dude or something.

The game itself is good.

The game is great, however its suffering a lot from errors and black screens currently, even on a decent rig.

Disabling AMD Fluid motion frames and updating to the new optional drivers from AMD seem to fix the crashing. Had 1 fatal crash and 1 blackscreen before modifying. Hope Square fixes this to be as playable as the pt.1 Remake.

Also add FSR. Pretty embarassing for a 2025 release to have the most basic DLSS and not FSR or XeSs at all.

Slight edit: The game is now playable due to nexusmods having a FSR mod release, which boosts the FPS significantly and due to the recent updates, its also very stable. Pretty baffling that square couldnt implement FSR but modders could.

Fun for the whole family

I genuinely did not enjoy Persona 3 nearly as much as the others in the series (not counting in Persona 1 and 2, since theyre, well, "unique".)

The gameplay is basically the same as the others, reload also makes the game look very nice. however, ive got a few issues with the game:

- The Dungeon area does not change much, like, at all. After youve tried Persona 4 and 5, this is a slog.
- Overall, the gameplay was not as fun.
- The story was alright-ish. Not as great as Persona 4 nor 5. The twist was a lot less impactful.

This was the only Persona i had to force myself to play through it. I quit twice, and only forced myself to finish this because of the story

If it was possible, id give this a neutral review i think. 6/10.
