so many years and still my go to game. not much hours on steam platform but many hours on others.

First played Road Rash back in the early 2000s on a Windows XP (I think?), didn't even know how to save the game nor why the menu and gameplay had such disparity in graphical style back then.

Now there's this revamped version of that old pixelated love that accompanied me through my childhood, and I absolutely love it (regardless of how people say this is not a racing game or not a true rogue-like game or whatnot). All I have to say is this game delivers the same (or more) adrenaline I felt from the old Road Rash, and that's all that matters.

I understand there are still imperfections in the game like how it is advertised to work on macOS but still has many bugs, or how the black screen stays for a really long time when the game starts, or how the storyline is really bad compared to the old Road Rash (believe it or not, the characters in Road Rash all have their own backstory that made me emphatised with them), or how the game physics still need improvements.

But this game had been on my wish list for the past 2 years, and given how small the development team is, I think I can no longer wait. For the very first time, I believe my impatience served me well.

Despite all troubles I had at the beginning, I throughly enjoyed the game and I highly recommend it for old fans of Road Rash.
