Been playing the game for years now and can't stand the current state the game has fallen into. Its like the long term relationship between player and game has completely fallen apart. Many features that users have been requesting for years now have yet to be implemented and some that have are just to appease the community enough that they'll keep playing. I consider the overwatch a prime example of this. Instead of taking the time to build in a proper anti-cheat system, valve put in a system where mid ranked and above players with a certain number of competitive wins can review the games of suspected cheaters and griefers. Not only is this such a cop out for the company to avoid any effort at an anti-cheat, other companies like ESEA and faceit (LUL faceit in NA xD) offer a proper anti-cheat AHEAD of the company that built the damn game.

Counter Strike has actually become the 10 time reincarnated horse that valve goes to every time they need to pad quarterly earnings, but that time is almost over with the introduction of actual good games like PUBG. From a personal standpoint I got to the point where I would play league over CSGO for the friendlier and more wholesome community. I give CSGO in its current state a 2/10 and wish so badly that valve would put the correct time and effort into fixing one of my all time favorite games. Should you play the game? Don't, until valve takes the tens of thousands leaving the game seriously and puts in whats required to bring it back to its past level of fun.
