Haven't had any issues so far, some blurry key icons but otherwise fine. Runs great, PS5 controller works.
PSN login seems optional because it's letting me play without logging in. Even if you did need to login, what difference does it make? Just another pointless thing to cry about.

Still haven't had to login and now everything is fixed.

By far one of the greatest games out there. Immersive story, fantastic gameplay and just enough to grind at.
