As a brawlhalla player, this game feels awful to play. But so does smash to me. Let's hope the tutorial, when it finally comes out (should have been out from the begining imo) it will make things easier.
You can't even use your mouse to select menu items which makes this really frustrating beause it still uses a pointer instead of switching automatically to the select field you want.

I like the design tho

While visually not as stunning, it is basically beat saber, pistol whip and osu combined and I'm all for it. If you like those three games and also like playing some VR titles that aren't as popular or polished then definitely give this one a try.
