This game is awesome! It scratches that itch for an old turn based jrpg perfectly. Not too grindy. Plenty of options for play styles. And side content....so much side content! After having been burned by way to many early access and big budget games its refreshing to see someone create a game that really feels like they get what the player is after. It is reminiscent of old final fantasy without feeling like a direct rip off.

Only gripe (and trust me its a silly one) is when you beat the game they list literally everyone. Every contributor and backer. Which on the one hand is great, thanking the community that helped support such an awesome game, but on the other you can only set it to three times speed and it takes a while to get through the thousands of names haha. So yeah not really a complaint, more a caution for when you beat the game.

Relatively simple concept with amazing amounts of replayability. It is challenging without being frustrating and offers multiple routes of success so it doesn't feel like you are constantly hoping for one build. There is a fair amount of luck involved but not so much as to take away the importance of your choices as your progress. Definitely worth picking up for a nice, quick, casual game.
