I had lots of days and it took around a week for me to get my subscription. However, all I needed was contact Steam support, tell them all the info they needed (like email, account, etc), after that they contacted EA and in the end I got my subscription. I had to call EA Support first, even tried to cancel the payment with my credit card, but after talking to Steam Support they solved the problem.

In short, it took a while but in the end I got the subscription. The other products like Cartel Coins arrived automatically.
