AMAZING, definitely a favorite, the soundtrack is amazing and the gameplay is super smooth and enjoyable. the story is surprisingly compelling too, with some interesting, and at times dark. themes and messsages, it was a lot more prevalent than i thought it would be.

level design is great too, for the most part, though particularly the last level is a little long and can be annoying to traverse. graphics aren't amazing by any means, and they're not trying to be, but the cel shaded art style is great.

combat can be weird, but honestly it's not as bad as people say it is if you know what you're doing. you can just beat enemies by attacking them then immedaitely jumping to throw them in the air and tag them, no need to button mash until they're down. cops in freeroam are unlikely to kill you unless you intentionally stand still and let them.

i do wish the game was more challenging. most of the real challenges are in post game objectives and achievements.

bad. singleplayer is great and online can be fun sometimes but i can't give it a good review when most of online is waiting 9999 years for the game to load only to fail and the horrible griefers and cheaters with unbalanced op vehicles and devices. Then the singleplayer has this bug where magazines and attachments don't show up in guns during cutscenes.. its extremely obvious and distracting when you see an m16 without a magazine or a sniper rifle without a scope, and it's been a bug FOR YEARS along with many others, r* just doesn't bother to fix the singleplayer issues or update it at all since they've been printing money with online. online also runs like ass compared to singleplayer. only play this if you're a masochist, you're not gonna bother with the online or if you have extremely patient friends with you.
