Being honest, Paladins is not an original game, by any means. You only need to play a few minutes to notice that ir borrows many ideas from it's main competiror, Blizzard's Overwatch. From graphics to cinematics, it's clear the game developers inspired themselves (for some, a bit too much) from OW.

It introduced a few mechanics not present in Blizzard's newest "MFPS", like item purchasing and builds, although I find the item builds don't add that much into the gameplay, and the card builds seems just a gateway for the in-game cash shop.

Noneless, the game is fun. Really fun, actually, to the point I'm always "just one more" after each match. It's still in Beta, so hopefully it comes out with a few more original ideas and sets itself apart from Overwatch, as "Paladins", the game, and not the cheaper alternative to OW.

Enjoyed it when I played it. Might go back again.
