Have you ever spooned in bed with someone? You know how you never have a place for your non-spooning arm so you tuck it under your head, under your body or maybe just shove it behind you? And you know how after about 30 minutes spooning is no longer comfy and romantic because that extraneous arm is sound asleep and you have almost lost the feeling all the way up to your shoulder?

Imagine right at that moment someone bursts into your bedroom with an already open patient on a gurney, many sharp dangerous tools, and screams "Replace this man's heart!" and then makes you perform the entire process with the dead, still sound asleep arm.

That's Surgeon Simulation 2013. And it's wonderful.
