AGS redeemed itself after years of creative trouble, they finally made a game that could of tested time.
Unfortunately AGS is gone, been gutted in favor of having more A.I. New World was special, and had more potential with the fixes, attempted to gather friends after the latest update to play but then this announcement just shut the entire idea down.

Good job corporate, you did it again and killed another chance of success because your Roi wasn't to your liking.
It will be missed, RIP New World, the new snoop dog game replacing you is gonna go greaaaaat.

- Played since Beta, through the struggles and light.

Noticed a lot of the negative reviews seem to be people complaining about 'why' a new BR was made or 'why' would they compete with Warzone.

Simple, with portal its easy for them to expand and dip their toes into another gamemode.
Hate it if you must, but seriously hating on a 'FREE' mode to test out the game itself on top isn't a bad thing..

The game plays great, gauntlet mode is different and enjoyable, and for a BR it feels fun.
8/10 - Missing Solo mode.

Love to see them pushing competition towards others in the way they have.

The feedback surrounding the game mainly has been related to the economy structure, which is understandable if they didn't already decide to push updates and fixes for these concerns.
However, I see alot of people mentioning the gameplay lacking..

Well here is my hot take,
The game-play is great in my opinion, for those thinking its not, take the time and go play any of the last 4 NFS games that have released. Now review the broken quality of driving physics, horrible development trends, and the biggest one of them all the fact the games were left to dry a month or so after release *everytime*.

This game by far has the potential to be the NFS everyone wanted, cars are not licensed which means we are not all sitting here wasting time on something that will be taken down a year later because they 'couldn't afford it', and there is a story that isn't telling us about some random festival. The boss cut scenes show the development team had ideas and inspiration from NFS.

Id say give this game a shot, 20$ compared to the 60$ trash that other publishers are feeding the sheep. You will get your playtime out of this game, even if its just cruising around the city.

The game initially had great intent and passion, however over time the missions got bland and repetitive, even with new major orders. They were typically the same but at different locations.

The biggest reason this is a negative review is PlayStation's blatant ignorance when it comes to care for players and accountability for bad decisions. Instead they have doubled down and lied to players. After removing the account linking they still kept their restricted countries and gloat on twitter about their sales afterwards.


Pros:
- Developer team are for their players.
- Great gameplay
- Great graphics
- Awesome group play abilities
- Democracy!

Cons:
- Maps and Missions can be repetitive
- Joining Lobbies and friends can be a pain sometimes depending on how they were added on the social tab.
- Major orders can sometimes be overplayed based on duration.
- Slow content releases compared to the amount of mission grinding you need to do.
- Community Managers could use a cleaning..

For a game that sits on the bottom of your screen, I have spent way to much time watching a farm grow.

- Great music
- Great graphics
- Awesome Design
- Twitch integration is great

Bought game again after playing years later on console > Update Releases > Game breaks, can't play game.

Bethesda's QA doesn't know a thing about actual testing before dropping dog-water updates that either no one even asked for, or are 10 years to late to fix since the modded community did their jobs for them.

I only recommend this game pre-update at this time.

Buyer of deluxe with early access:

Outside of the drama of this game, there is so much to be explored, to do, and to see.
This is prob the most completed game released in a long time.

-Story feels immersive, world feels like it belongs.
-Game is gorgeous, artists did wonderful with the work.
-Customization are just right.
-Fighting is challenging (hard mode is actually hard for once)

Cons:
-Only gripe is the current stutters which is hopefully available on day 1 patch
-Can't sit on benches (You know everyone wants to!)
-Not being able to Fly into towns or landing on the towers of hogwarts.

Very fun game 10/10 for adventure.
