Some of the best 15€ I've ever spent. The game is extremely fun to play if you enjoy being creative. Some DLCs can be expensive but the free updates that come with them offer the most appealing features so you basically get the good stuff for free. Expansions are totally worth your money, especially Mass Transit. That being said I still bought several DLCs because the game is so good it's a pleasure supporting those who created it!
