No amount of words can suggest how impactful and legendary this game is. Releasing at the end of the decade, it defined what a decision-based RPG is. Must-Play for gamers & any young people who need to form an ideology for themselves.

Best played with a modpack/Tale of Two wastelands added on. I consider this and Fallout 3 basically the same game because of those mods and it is the best way to experience Fallout pre 4 when they slopped the series a little bit. Post-4 isn't horrible at all but if we play the comparison game you know who wins. (Hint: The House Always Wins!)

A staple in CRPGs, Baldur's Gate 3 is exactly what the kids in the 80s were picturing when running a campaign on their kitchen table. Larian is the epitome of excellence when it comes to game design, every system makes sense and allows more freedom than you thought you originally had 5 minutes ago. Someone in your way? Throw them off a cliff or talk to them and find out they want to have sex with you. See that random old lady? Talk to her long enough and she'll give you a new eye ball and a whole set of dialogue for an area you'll later discover.

On another note, something important to me when I play RPGs is the fact I'm not looking to 100% in my first playthrough. When I play Baldur's, every single time I start a new playthrough something is different and I really appreciate that. These game's are not for completionists(I.E. Souls, Jedi Games, etc) however you are rewarded for having that dedication if you so choose. This game is best experienced with no prior knowledge and just jumping into it and guiding yourself through whatever you want. NO GUIDES!!!

The shadowdrop alone for this was a crazy experience and deserved a 10/10. You have to give kudos to this Bethesda & Virtuos team for re-creating such a distant memory in the next gen so smoothly, yet capturing the feeling of a somewhat janky xbox 360 game under the same breath. This runs as good as a juiced up version of Fortnite with your expected crashes when you do something like alt-tab to look something up you didn't know about like how to pronounce Cheydinhal or if you kill the adoring fan enough times will he stop respawning? Overall, This is a MUST COP. I hope games in the future continue to drop with such grace to their fans(Unlike Fallout 76, I never forgot about that one Todd.)

For the first time in a long time I feel a developer actually delivered what was promised and more. From the demo to the preload and finally launching the game I have had no issues. Absolutely flawless launch. The gameplay is very derivative of the souls-like genre however I think their take on skills for each weapon type is intuitive and should be implemented in more games of the genre. This is a game for casual and hardcore souls fans alike. The aesthetic, the combat, the presentation, the level design: FLAWLESS. This is a GOTY contender and most people don't even know it yet. I HIGHLY suggest this game whenever you can get it because it will be an experience you will not forget. BUY THIS GAME. I REPEAT BUY THIS GAME. THIS IS A GAME MADE WHERE THE DEVS CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!! (I will update this review once I beat it)

My handicapped mother runs better than this. DLSS Ultra performance with 30 FPS? Indie Devs run better customer support than you guys. Pathetic. If I close my eyes I can imagine a better MH game than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you delivered. Wait for updates or a sale where the company pays you to play the game.

Honestly. The game elements(plot, companions, gameplay) isn't the bad part. I actually enjoy the story and for me liking anything Bioware releases after Anthem is shocking in of itself. It's that my CPU cooler blinks red 20 minutes into playing the game. It's that everytime I load my save my character is bald and I have to backtrack to a save that has my face/hair I designed. Whenever I load into one of the levels(Dock Town, Treviso, Minranthous), I am STILL loading NPCs, assets, even whole areas. IF I have to own an SSD to play this game, it shouldn't be marketed. If I can play Doom Eternal on a flash drive, I should be able to play Dragon Age: The Veilguard on a brand new Seagate HDD.
